WHAT WORDPRESS THEME & PAGE BUILDER DO YOU USE?
IS COPYWRITING INCLUDED?
Copywriting is not included but can be provided for an additional fee. We will build the web page/s (depending which package chosen) and add the content for you. You will need to provide us with all of the content for the pages, including text for each page and images.
WHAT IS SEO?
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. SEO implementation is included in the ENTREPRENUER and PREMIUM PACKAGES. We will install, configure and optimize a SEO plugin for your website using your supplied copy and/or relevant content.
WHAT IS ADVANCED ADS?
Advanced Ads is a simple ads manager advertising plugin. We will install the Advanced Ads plugin for you to easily manage and insert banners. You can start to monetize your blog with different ad types. For example, insert code for ad and affiliate networks such as AdSense. The plugin has dedicated support for Google AdSense banners. You can display custom images and image banners.
HOW DOES THE PAYMENT PROCESS WORK?
Payment for the website is in two equal installments.
Installment 1 – A 50% deposit is sent out on ordering of the package and work on the design will only commence once this has been paid.
Installment 2 – The 50% balance is sent out once the website is online for proofing and approved(must be paid before the site goes live).
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD A WEBSITE?
Our websites take approximately 2 to 4 weeks to create. However, this time will vary from project to project depending upon when we receive client materials and approvals.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRAINING?
Yes. Each plan includes a training manual to enable you to update your own website content. However, only the Business Premium Package includes a 2 hour live training session to show you how to update the website with your own content if located within the Toronto and GTA .
DO YOU OFFER A MAINTENANCE PLAN?
Yes. Our maintenance plans start at $49.00 per month. Depending upon which WordPress Website Design Package you choose we provide up to 1 months, 2 months or 3 months free maintenance.
It includes the following:
- Updates: Each month we will test and perform updates.
- Backups: Your site will have a customized backup plan that fits with your needs.
- Security: With the security plugin installed we will review and monitor on a monthly basis the log files, and we will ensure that your site is kept safe.
- Uptime Monitoring: We can monitor uptime, downtime and the overall performance of your WordPress sites — and get instant notifications if your site goes down.
- One Development Hour per Month. This will include any tweaks to the site, add any content to the site, test and try out a new plugin or share some advice for your site.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY SITE'S FREE MAINTENANCE ENDS?
If you opt-out of the MAINTENANCE PLAN we will no longer continue monitoring, paying annual renewal fees and performing updates to themes and plugins. These tasks will become your responsibility. We will assist you with the license switchover to continue to receive updates and support directly from the theme/plugin authors.
